We created Jellio for everyone who thinks home design should be fun. But the idea started in our own apartments, with different handmade items repurposed as unique home furnishings. Now, we'd like to share some of those projects in the Jellio Do-It-Yourself gallery.

Banana Seat Bull:

This is a great one...Who needs a a taxidermist when just a few pieces from an old Stingray Schwinn bicycle will create the same effect.

Step one: You'll need to pick up some vintage bike parts: a banana seat, ape-hanger handlebars, and a pair of vinyl grips (with streamers, of course) All are available on eBay.

Step Two: Thread the bars through the bracket on the back of the banana seat.

Step Three: Slide the grips on to the bars.

Step Four: Run some heavy wire through the eyelets on the back of the banana seat, where it would normally connect to the sissy bar, and use the wire to hang from the wall. And there you have it...your own Banana Seat Bull!

By the way, we didn't come up with this one on our own. Some really famous guy thought of it first...we just gave it a 70's twist.
